The fiberglass backing reduces the amount of curling on the edges that is common in non-tensioned materials. The 180° viewing angle and wide diffusion uniformity produce a clear bright image from any angle. The black-backing eliminates light penetration, and the surface is mildew resistant and easy to clean with mild soap and water.
