R-Go HE Ergonomic Mouse with break software
The R-Go HE Mouse Break is an ergonomic vertical mouse that ensures a natural, relaxed position of your arm and hand and uses color signals to indicate whether you are taking enough breaks.
The LED color signals indicate whether you are working in a healthy way; in other words, whether you are taking enough breaks. Green means 'good', orange means you should take a break, and red means you skipped a break or have exceeded your total daily mouse time. Using the so-called 'traffic light colors', you receive feedback about your healthy (break) behavior in a simple and positive way. The mouse will encourage you to take breaks on a regular basis. These vital interruptions help prevent overburdened muscles and tendons in the arm and hand, stimulate blood flow in the body, and help you (often unconsciously) change your behavior in a simple way.

When you are busy or working with high concentration, the breaks often fall short. That’s why we have developed a pause tool that reminds you to interrupt your work in time to keep working healthily. While current pause software often uses pop-ups that, at the wrong time, leading to stress and increase muscle tension, we have opted for a positive way by means of subtle color signals. During work, the light changes color, like a traffic light. If the green light turns on, it means you’re working healthily. Orange light indicates that it is time for a short break and Red indicates that you have worked too long. And if you want, you can also set your own personal sound signal as a pause-reducing device.

Healthy break times
The R-Go Break software is customizable. For example, you can increase the pause frequency in case of pain or on the advice from your therapist. The standard break times of the R-Go Break software are set according to the Dutch Health & Safety guidelines and on the advice of ergonomic experts: 30 seconds break after every 10 minutes of work, 5 minutes break after every hour with a daily limit of 6 hours of screen work.
Customizable Buttons
The R-Go Break software also gives you the possibility to personalize your mouse. For example, you can use your mouse to increase or decrease the volume. You can also choose to select all text with one simple click instead of dragging it.
Insight into your work behavior
The R-Go Break software analyzes work behavior and makes it visible in a graph. This graph shows how intensively you use the mouse and keyboard and the relationship between them. For example, if you use your mouse intensively, you’ll be advised to make more use of the keyboard shortcuts.
